The Spa Secrets men rub in some hand cream to test how they cope with the effects of cold weather and central heating
AHAVA Mineral Hand Cream (100ml): This pleasant-smelling cream, absorbs quickly into my skin, with no unpleasant oily feeling. Leaving my hands feeling smoother, after a couple of weeks.
For only £13.
Anthony Logistics for Men Glycerin Hand and Body Lotion (355ml): The thick, rich cream absorbs well, but the strong thyme, rosemary, bergamot and citrus notes is a bit medicinal. The moisturising effect was noticeable after just one week, though, my skin feeling smoother and less irritated by the cold weather.
Billy Jealousy ‘GoldenGloves’ Therapeutic Hand Cream (88ml): The cream absorbed quickly, perfect for my dry, cracked sensitive hands. After the first application I found myself using less and less, a little bit goes a long way-and it smells fantastic.
Jack Black Intense Therapy Hand Cream (88ML): The foamy, pearlescent cream, with a strong smell of eucalyptus, absorbed well, but felt sticky afterwards. But, after several applications, my dry hands were much smoother.
Nip + Fab Dry Hand Fix (75ml): Easily absorbed but slightly oily on application; thankfully, it didn’t feel greasy on my hands but instead left them soft and nourished. The sweet, buttery smell was quite off-putting, though, as the scent lingered for quite a while.
