The PinPointe Footlaser at The London Nail Clinic.
Published 28 January 2013
This week, our men’s editor, Rob, tried the PinPointe Footlaser at The London Nail Clinic. Rob has suffered from fungal infections on his nails for the past 15 years and he’s tried every treatment available, from tea tree based products to over the counter remedies. Some have worked, but the infection always returned when he stopped using them.
The PinPointe FootLaser treatment uses a laser to ‘vaporise’ the fungal cells, and although the 90 minute treatment was painful, he was satisfied knowing his nails were finally being cured. The verdict: Rob’s nails had improved, after only a month. More than one appointment is usually needed. From £350 (depending on the amount of toes treated) for the initial treatment. £200 for additional sessions.
