Turkish treat
The Ajala Spa at the Grange St Paul’s Hotel, London has introduced a hammam ritual — perfect for detoxing after the festive season. The 75 minute treatment begins with a full body cleansing on a flat stone bed. Then a kese (rough massaging mitt) is used to exfoliate the body.
